PicsArt is a popular photo editor for Android and iOS. There are many useful tools and features to enhance your images. PicsArt border tool is such an awesome feature. You can easily add borders around an image.  If you want to outline your image, follow this tutorial. Open PicsArt along with your image. Click on the border icon at the toolbar. ( It's the 11th icon) There are two type of borders. Inner and Outer borders.  Change the size of inner border to zero . Change the color of outer border. The default color is black. You may select any color from the color picker. Here, I choose white. You may reduce the outer border size by moving the white button to left side. I reduced the size to '4'.  Click on the 'tick' button at the top right corner. Here is how the image looks after that. Click on the save button to save image to your device. PicsArt is a popular image editor for Android and iOS. It has many tools, effects and filters. But do you know that we can also set image quality in PicsArt? In Android, we can set photo quality to it's highest by manually selecting. In iOS, the app automatically choose the image size in accordance with device capabilities. So if you want to improve or reduce  image quality in your android device , follow these instructions. We have to go to settings section to change image quality. Click on the profile icon at the bottom section of app. Select the settings button at the top right corner. Select the 'max image size' option. A pop-up will open with suitable image sizes. Choose  8.4 Megapixel  if you want the  highest quality . Choose  2 Megapixel  for  lowest Quality. STEP 2 : Add text Click on the text icon. Type the text. Place the text at the desired position. STEP 3 : Set caption duration. We have to set duration of caption with respect to dialogues/sounds.
